This surface is formed by
1-Right Atrium mainly
2-Right ventricle
3-left ventricle
The two ventricles are separated by anterior inter-ventricular groove which contains ( Right iter-ventricular groove $ great cardiac vein)

2-Thymus gland
3-sterno-pericardial ligaments
4-sterno-costalis muscle
5-left lung and pleura
